Everything has gone smoothly. Our flight was great. The sky was crimson as we left Calgary and the ocean was gleaming as we landed on the island. We all enjoyed our full day of activities. The weather was fantastic all day, warm and sunny. After our pasta dinner we walked down to the docks to see the Grace and the Swift. It is neat to see the boats up close and marvel at the height of the masts. It is also very entertaining to imagine how we all will fit onto these tall ships. Could they possibly hold us? We ended our evening on the stairs of the Parliament Building just as the first raindrops began to fall. Enjoy these pictures from our day.
