Green Bay Day # 4

It is hard to believe that our time at Green Bay Bible Camp has come to an end. We took advantage of our last day at the camp to utilize their fantastic gym and played an excellent game called Bazooka Ball. We also played a fun game of volleyball and then enjoyed some lunch.

After eating, we loaded up on the bus and ventured to the H2O aquatic centre, where we spent our afternoon swimming. Upon our return to camp, we enjoyed hot dogs and poutine for supper, and they even let us put the Flames game on the large screen in the chapel. Pastor Tim was a bit of a basket case during that, which will surprise no one.

We concluded our day with one final chapel time where our speaker Sid Koop spoke about our identity as servants of Jesus and others. A couple of things Sid said jumped out; one question he suggested we ask ourselves is, "Not should I serve, but HOW can I serve in the situation/circumstance I find myself?" The other powerful statement was, "Your identity has been given to you by your created who has recreated you." It was such a blessing to sit under his teaching this past week.

We will get at it bright and early tomorrow morning and head south to Peachland for some ziplining. After we complete the course, we will take the bus to Revelstoke for the night and hang out and swim at the hotel.

We would ask you to pray for safety as we travel and many moments of joy along the way!
Until next time:)
