Today began with a big splash! Well, actually about 30 splashes as many jumped into the ocean from the rope swing or off the shrouds. The weather was perfect for it. Then, we sailed to Russell Island to explore some tidepools and an apple orchard. We all enjoyed a fresh apple off the tree. We are once again nestled into a cove for the night. It has been great watching the kids get involved in all aspects of boating like lowering and raising the dories, setting the sails, weighing the anchor, washing dishes, and scrubbing the decks. We are all tired tonight so are looking forward to a good night's rest.
