Orange Shirt Day
It was a sea of ORANGE at TCS today showing support for Orange Shirt Day. Our students spent time today learning and discussing the meaning of the original orange shirt.
In grade 3, we recognized Orange Shirt Day. We read Tyson's New Orange Shirt, and talked about what the shirt represents. God made each of us unique, and those differences are to be celebrated! Students decorated shirts to represent their uniqueness. Every Child Matters!
Psalm 139: 13-14 says:
For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
