At TCS we are full of traditions and one of our favourites is supporting Samaritan's Purse with shoe boxes full of hope and love for children around the world. Our grade 5's get the opportunity every year to deliver shoe boxes that our families graciously fill and donate. While there, the grade 5 students learn about the journey each shoebox takes to make its way to a child in need. They explained how every shoebox tells a hurting child that he or she is loved and not forgotten, but that is not the end. Shoeboxes also open the door for children and their families to hear the life-transforming Good News of Jesus, God’s greatest gift.
