Yesterday was the end of an era. At our last chapel of the year, we sadly said good-bye to Mrs. Groeneveld as she embarks on the next season in her life - retirement. Mrs. Groeneveld has blessed all of us at Trinity Christian School for 20 years. She began her journey as a parent in 1997 then joined us the next year as a staff member. Mrs. Groeneveld has been a teacher for resource, grade 1 and grade 3. Her calm and sweet demeanour makes everyone, including her students, feel at peace. Her biggest strength was her ability to really get to know her students and to encourage them to be the best they could be. She will be greatly missed.
